This paper analyzes the day-to-day adjustment process of users’ behaviors in a transport network which is affected by relevant alterations such as disruptions due to critical events cause impossibility use one or more links. For representing progressive flows on reach new equilibrium, discrete-time model proposed, based idea that people are bounded rational their choices, i.e. they often do not behave according optimal solution but accept solutions consider satisfying. Users, choice process, influenced topological similarity between route currently using and others. means tend prefer similar already using. In parallel, users exhibit myopic behavior, i.e., overestimate goodness if, when it, suddenly experience significant reduction travel time compared what used to. it shown behaviour implies steady state system corresponds Bounded Rational User Equilibrium, does diverge from user equilibrium than certain value increases relative importance given grows. The also assumes these biases vanish, at least with respect those routes most frequently users, after sufficient amount time. Under conditions, then can eventually collapse into Equilibrium. effectiveness proposed assessed via simulation results two test networks analyzed detail show evolution disruption.
